There was a small book printed that had recipes from Mitford and the cake recipe was in it. I have a great friend who read the books the same time I did so for Christmas one year, I gave her a gift basket with the recipe book and all the ingredients for the cake. she made it for Christmas dinner dessert and it was a great hit. :))
