This is what I ended up cooking ham with honey & pineapple, prime rib, lobster ravioli, mushroom and sausage dressing, collard greens, mashed potatoes, rice with broccoli and Parmesan cheese, Parker rolls and spicy sausage and potato soup. Thank goodness i refused to make a turkey which was requested as well.

This year, my mom special ordered it from a butcher instead of just getting one from the grocery store. SO WORTH IT!! It was soooo good!
