Thanks for the informative post! I have been wondering how to link up an email address. Also, it’s nice to see the blog etiquette discussion taking place. I am new to blogging, and want to “get it right”, so have been constantly revising (in my mind and on my blog) how best to handle things. It feels like we’re still pioneering in the social media. As far as using a picture from another blog — I try to follow our country’s “Fair Use Doctrine”, and link back (in addition to following that particular site’s permission policy, as a courtesy).
And with your busy life (kids, husband, homeschooling, home decor , etc), my goodness, no one expects you to reply to every comment (but thanks)!

Great info for all bloggers – new and old. I think everyone who has a blog struggles to find a balance between their home world and their blog world. The bigger your folowing becomes the harder it is to keep up with all the little things.
