Wow! Using pvc pipe cuts the cost of drapery rods to a minimum. Great thrifty idea. I always see the finials at yard sales. I love the look and for so little. I have just the window, thanks for the idea! Happy easter, Pat

Wow indeed. I think you’re right about sanding the pipe surface to rough it up a little bit. The paint should adhere better. But, tough ups work too!
