I cook them in a water/vinegar mix covered with tin foil for an hour to an hour and a half. Then you grill and add your favorite bbq sauce, or make it from scratch. Cook about 15-20 minutes longer for flavoring and viola! Super tender yummy ribs. The vinegar is all cooked out.
