My Mother-in-law made these and they were so yummy I had to share them with you.
Poppy Seed Hawaiian Ham Sandwiches
2 packages of Hawaiian rolls
1 lb Shaved ham
1 lb Slices of swiss or provolone
Dressing:
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp poppy seed
2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 Cup brown sugar
Melt butter thenmix all of the remaining ingredients together. Slice all of the bun in half (like a sandwich) and lay meat and cheese on the bottom half of the buns, then top with the top part of the bun. Pour the sauce over the top of all the buns and let it sit for 2 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

How much ham & cheese do you need for two packages of rolls? It looks really good. I am going to make a test batch this weekend and serve them at my son’s graduation party!
a pound of ham
a pound of cheese
