My PARTY BUTTON is in my FOOTER

My kiddos keep asking how many days till Halloween.  AHHH!!! the countdown is on.  10 DAYS!!!  Where has the year gone?  It has buzzed by. How is it already Halloween?  Costumes are always a challenge here.  It is so hot that you have to be super careful or the kids will over heat–yes even in the evening.  We actually have the air on in the car so they can cool down between houses.  It’s a CRAZY contrast from the Midwest.  It may be a beautiful balmy evening or you may be trying to figure out how to get a winter coat under the costumes or you may be walking with an umbrella in the rain. One year we got Disney costumes–it was the first year we were in Florida–and they about passed out from heat stroke so now every year my challenge is finding something thin and not many layers.  What is your weather like around Halloween?
