Hi Cheri,
Love the twig chandelier, how did Jim connect the chain to the twigs, and how did he connect the lights to the twigs?
I am dying to make one, but I want to know what to do first.
Thanks for the great blog.

Hi! Love the chandelier! How did he steam the branches? Did he have an existing chandelier that moulded the branches to? I wanted one of these chandeliers for my dining room, but can not afford one. Any more info would greatly be appreciated. Have a great day! Thanks, Dee Hess

This is awesome, Cheri. No. I hadn't seen it before. I just started blogging in May and had only started reading The Lettered Cottage a month before that. So, it's still a very new world to me. I'm going to send this post to Donna at Funky Junk Interiors, if you don't mind. She recently posted on her Facebook about a chandy just like yours that she snapped a picture of in a hotel lobby. She wants one. If I were you, I'd link it up to her Saturday Night Special tonight. I'm pretty darn sure she'll love it and will probably want to know how your hubs made it. Beautiful

Hugs,
Jami

How beautiful, the man definately has talent! My daughter and her husband also have a little girl and were just blessed with a healthy baby boy also! My question though is, what lighting did he start with in the center or did he wire those lights into the branches? I would love to give it a try one day. Also, how big of a pvc pipe did he use...I'm trying to picture it.
Aside from that I just found and am LOVING your blog!!

Yeah, I am all over that. I did a much simpler version for a tablescape at Valentines that I posted (I hung paper globes from it...no real electricity). It was no where near as amazing...but I LOVE this idea..LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
