When I made the orange rolls I used my zester from Pampered Chef. The new handle does look different from mine but otherwise looks the same. I have had mine for several years and really like this little tool. I like it better than a fine grater. The Pampered Chef ZESTER that I use.
That is how I got the longer stringy orange peel in the frosting. You’ve gotta love your zester and it is under $10. So next time you get invited to a party you know of one product to check out.
