We made a card similar to this one year for my husband. I came up with the idea and found this similar idea and thought I would post since his card is packed away and I can’t show you the real thing. I made mine out of card stock and then covered it in fabric and added tiny buttons. The front of the card looked like a shirt but then there was an envelope “pocket” behind the shirt to tuck in notes for him to read. The card I created was different from this one and we did not use a tie. It was so adorable but I think this will give you the idea of what we did. Go to
