The 1st Celebrating the Holidays party

**Update-Concerning the Follower issue–
I had contacted someone who does not show a link, and they contacted me back saying they checked and they had a picture showing. So let me go over this again.

There are 2 different problems going on ONE is that some people don’t have a picture showing BUT just because your picture is showing doesn’t mean people can find you. The SECOND issue is the new Google update that caused some people to have their accounts not show. If I click on some of the pictures, there is no link to take me to their blog. (Some people have both issues but not all.) I still have a lot of followers I can not reach.
I just went through every single person in my followers section:
A lot of people have fixed the picture issue. I still have 38 people who have a silhouette and maybe they just don’t want a picture loaded or haven’t read about this yet. Some of the people with a silhouette have a link to their blog, others don’t.
It is impossible for me to say which ones are missing pictures because they go back and forth-it has to be a Google glitch. The majority ARE showing a picture but out of the 159 people who don’t have a silhouette-they either have a photo showing or there is nothing there, 44 of them do not have a link to get to their blog. SO if your picture is showing but you didn’t click to update your info it may still be set up wrong. Yes, I know some people don’t have a blog and some people may not want to be found but some of the people are people who visit me regularly and I just don’t think they realize their info is wrong/old/unable to be located.

Welcome to the first Celebrating the Holidays party.

You can post decorating projects or ideas you love, room decors in your home or tasty treats
I am posting:

Hot n’ Honey’d Chicken
Bake 400 degrees 45 min-1 hour

3 lbs chicken breast cut into strips
2/3 C honey
3/4 C picante sauce
1/3 C soy sauce
1/4 C dijon mustard
3 Tbsp oil

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with PAM and lay chicken strips in the pan-DO NOT SALT. Marinate the chicken in the sauce (all remaining ingredients) up to 6 hours, then bake in the sauce. Serve with rice and veggies.

I will be posting this to:

DIY Day @ ASPTL

I will post some of my Favorites on Thurs. along with the winner of the Follower drawing. I will draw 3 back up names, in case I can not reach the Follower. I will post them as the winner and If I have not heard from them by noon Sat, I will post the next person. I don’t want to hold this winner for too long because I have some additional give-a-ways coming up VERY SOON.

Hi Cheri
I hope I did everything right I have never participated in anything before.
The Pumpkins, I got a few years ago at a home decor store I worked at and was a buyer for. I think they might have been from Midwest but I really can't remember. We had over 100 vendors we did business with. Sorry If I had extras I would share ๐Ÿ™‚

Cheri thanks for letting me know that my picture isn't showing up. I read your blog concerning this but am still confused as to how I fix the problem. I don't know how to store a picture over to google- that is what I am thinking I should do. Oh how i dislike this tech stuff!!

Hi Cheri – I don't think I understand the follower problem. I know you've explained it but I saw the picture for my blog and when I clicked on it, it had a link that I clicked on and it took me to my blog, so I'm not sure what the dealio is. I've had problems before between Internet Explorer and Mozilla with blogs, etc. but from this end it's working. LOVE the recipe – can't wait to make that for sure!! Hope you're doing well ~ รขโ„ขยฅ

Hi Cheri,
Your recipe sounds wonderful!

I stopped by to say hello and thank you for the thoughtful comment you left the other day. I appreciate your concern. It had been years since I'd used E-6000 (to glue some picture frame corners). I'll approach it with caution based on your warning. Thanks again!

Hi Cheri
I noticed I am missing a follower today. Which is okay but I think it is your picture that is missing. Since you are having some trouble with "blog Stuff" I thought I would mention it.
(Unless you just don't want to follow me) ๐Ÿ™‚
