I found these recipes for knock off GIRL SCOUT cookies. We don’t have anyone come to the door selling girl scout cookies so I want to try some of these. How about you?

We love the thin mints and I have not made these but mint ice cream and thin mint cookies are no where near the same to me.

1 Beverly @ The Buzz January 13, 2010 at 3:39 pm: Two Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the middle, then dip in melted chocolate. Tastes just like those GS cookies! If you're as lazy as I am, use those premade little sandwich ones and dip away!

I've never been a scout, but I'll see what I can find… 🙂

I just loooove shorbread biscuits!!! Soo easy to make and sooo yummy….

I used to scoff this stuff down with black coffee while revising at college for exams!!!
