This is a project I did as a guest at Sumos Sweet Stuff.
I had picked up some of these finials at Michael’s a few months ago and this was the perfect item for this project.
I had picked, this candlestick, up at a thrift store, but it was gold and outdated when I got it.
I painted both with my Oil Rubbed Bronze paint.
Once dry I used my Epoxy gorilla Glue and the dollar store glass jar to the vase.
I also cut a piece of craft foam–the kind with the sticker backing and traced the bottom of the finial and attached it to the bottom.
I printed off the tag and cut it, added some aging to it and tied it with some braid that I had in all of my supplies.
I used my
Cricut
and
Make the Cut
to cut out all the numbers, then ModPodged them on to the balls I had painted.

I had a sticker the perfect length, to go around the bottom
and it said
Yesterday ~ Today ~ Tomorrow
the colors were perfect
and
it went well with the tag
How do I love thee

Great project Love the tags what a great touch!
I lost my comment; let’s try again.
I love this project, Cheri! I especially like how everything came together. The numbers and quote go so well together! Thanks for the tutorial.
Cheri, this is a wonderful creation …
Have a lovely week.
