I got the front linai decorated in Patriotic Fashion. I have the Radio Flyer wagon with 2 of the trees in it. Then in the corner I have the 7 foot “charlie brown” tree and then on the old chippy wood chair I have the white tree.
The first tree (on the far left) in the wagon is
“Honoring Our Military” Tree:
picture of 9/11
I made a tree topper that says
I pledge alliegence to the flag of the United States of America

I made each of the ornaments old book pages and added a picture.
I have several of old family members. My grandmother died a couple of years ago. She died just a couple of weeks before she turned 90. This is a picture of her 1/2 brother. Her mother had been married and their 2 girls died as teenagers and her only son made a career of the military. He was killed in a car accident, riding on the side board of a car. He was engaged to be married and his fiance sent his mother a Mother’s Day Card, for the very first official holiday –Mother’s Day. My Grandmother adored him. He would come home from trips all over the world and always bring her amazing gifts from all over the world. Her mother also lost her husband. My Grandmother’s father had been married before and all 3 children all died as infants and then he lost his wife. Her parents married later in life and her only full blooded sibling died as a toddler just before my Grandmother was born.
Then next tree, in the wagon, is Simple Summer Fun, with pinwheels I made and I ripped navy material with stars and wrapped around the tree.
In the corner is ROOT FOR THE HOME TEAM. I need to go get more of the vintage Cracker Jack boxes to put in the tree.
the banner reads
ROOT FOR THE HOME TEAM
I made the baseballs

and I printed off OLD CRACKER JACK BASEBALL CARDS–I would love to find some of these for G1–he is a baseball fanatic.
