Do you need to repair any screens around your house?
It’s really easy. You need to measure the width and length of the area/areas to be re-screened. Purchase the correct width and cut a piece long enough with some extra for some extra “give”.
You need to get spline and a Screen tool. It is best if you have 2 people for this job. One who can hold the screen up -STRAIGHT (for a long time with out your arms going totally numb–Yeah that was my job while Prince Charming did the spline.) while the other person pushes the spline into place. Keep a steady hand so you don’t slice the screen open.
It only cost between $15 and $20 to repair a screen door. We did 2 screen doors (top to bottom on both ) and it was under $30

How much does something like this cost? I had to have my back door re-screened and it cost me $30. Just wondering how much I could save doing it myself.
