I got this pretty “swirly” tree skirt a couple of years ago and planned on adding some embellishments but ran out of time. Last year I did not get to it so this year I started the process.
Here is what I have done so far. I still need to add a little more and Santa’s coat will be under our tree–stay tuned.
Yes I know it is only days till Christmas–but I am running out of time on all of my projects.

that is adorable! i desperately wanted the faux fur one west elm had and was hoping to get it on clearance post christmas, but it is already sold out. my mom is going to help me make my own just like it. 🙂 we’ll be making it in jan or feb, but i will pull it out next year to share!
