I wanted to share a product I got from the CSN Stores.
Before we moved I had a mixere that I really liked. It was a hand mixer from Kitchenaid. It was a great mixer with a lot of power but I donated it in an effort to move as light as possible.
I considered getting another Kitchenaid but my Mom got one after I had gotten mine but her mixer had no where near the power that mine did and I didn’t know if they had changed it so I began researching mixers. I decided on the Cuisinart and I am thrilled with it.
It has 7 speeds. LED display. Digital Control. 220 Watts.
It has the thin metal blades like my Kitchenaid. It comes with an extra whisk attachment and a spatula.
Their are only 2 things I have had to get used to.
1) The motor starts up at a medium speeds and then slows down to the lowest speed. I rectified that by making sure you mix with a deep bowl.
2) The button to eject the blades is in a different spot than my other mixer. The first time I got done mixing a RED VELVET CAKE. RED–YES. I pushed the button to eject the blades and the mixer started up. RED VELVET CAKE MIX was flying everywhere.
If you are looking for a hand mixer this is a great mixer and it gets a THUBS UP from me.

we need a new mixer- our mixing sticks have started clicking against each other… thanks for the review!
Oh my! I can just image the fun you had cleaning up the red velvet batter! It was probably about as much fun as me trying to get the tomatoes off my ceiling, walls, floors, etc. when I hit the wrong button on a new blender a few years ago…

Tomatoe seeds are the WORST–they become like glue.
