You gals know that I love a look that combines the perfect mix of old and new. Eclectic Style is my friend. I think EVERY room needs a piece that makes you say “look at that” or “Wow, that is so interesting” or “The color on that piece is Amazing”.

When mixing modern furniture with vintage items you need to decide what the main theme is going to be in your room.  Do you want to go all modern with a few vintage pieces or do you want to have a more vintage flavor with a few modern pieces thrown in the mix?  Both can be done beautifully but you need to decide which style fits your comfort level so your room does not look like a messy grouping of items.
