G1 (14 years old) LOVES baseball and we found the perfect stencil for him.

Last night he told me he wanted this quote for his room:

In order to copy this project you will need:

Wood
Saw
Rockler: Sanding Bug, Milk Paint (Snow White and Linen), Dreft Finishing Spray
DecoArt midnight blue paint
Design Divas Vinyl (item #1614)
Dischanger (2″)

1–I cut my board and sanded it with my sanding bug

2– I painted a coat of Rockler snow white paint and let it dry

3– dry brush on DecoArt midnight blue paint

4–layer back and forth –let the paint dry

5–apply the vinyl (I like to use a credit card to apply the vinyl. I use both a tape measure and level to make sure it is applied where I would like it to be

6–apply a Dischanger to the back–let dry over night

7–finish it off with Deft Finishing spray from Rockler.
