MMMMMmmmmmmmm! Is right. These are so super easy and so yummy.

Follow Me on Pinterest You will need:

1 box of Red Velvet Cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c of oil or butter-softened

Follow Me on Pinterest 1 tub of cream cheese frosting
1 brick of cream cheese-softened

Follow Me on Pinterest Mix together your cake mix, eggs and oil (or butter) until completely mixed. Roll balls of cookie dough, place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.
When ready to bake, spray cookie sheet with a little spray, preheat your oven to 350 and bake for 10-14 minutes.

While cookies are baking mix the cream cheese frosting with the brick of cream cheese until smooth.

Pull the cookies out to cool but while they are still warm spread cream cheese frosting over the cookies. Now watch them get devoured.

Those look so good! I miss cake mix cookies. Ever since we went gluten-free, I haven’t been able to make my fave lemon cake mix cookies. The cream cheese frosting on your red velvet cookies like the perfect addition. Thanks for sharing.
