Spinach Lasagna
2 bricks of Cream Cheese
2 boxes of frozen spinach-thawed and as much of the juice squeezed out as you can press out
1 Cup parmessan cheese
12 lasagna noodles-cooked and drained
2 bottles of alfredo sauce
6-8 cups of Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
Cook your lasagna noodles till tender and drain them.
While the noodles are cooking mix together in a bowl: The spinach, parmessan, cream cheese, and complete seasoning.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
9x 13 pan
LAYER
lay out 3 noodles in the bottom of the 9×13 pan
top with 1/4 of the Alfredo Sauce
Top with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. (This is thick so just put some spoonfuls randomly.
Top with 3/4 C of the mozzarella cheese.
REPEAT the layers 3 more times.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 till golden brown.
Serve with browned Italian Sausage on the side and a salad.
