31 Days – weight loss
I am joining in on Nester’s 31 Day challenge. This is my first time linking up to her party event.
I need to get baby weight off and I want to do it NOW. I am starting a diet–a life style change and I am going to post challenges for myself each day for 31 days and at the beginning of next month I will share how I did over all.
Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:
Eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up to get your metabolism working.
