Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:
Take all of your measurements and a picture (sideways and from the front).
Who else wants to loose weight and get healthy?
It is always wise to consult with your doctor before beginning any lifestyle changes.

Measurements are the best way to see how much weight has been lost…the scale doesn’t really give you the whole picture!
