Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Make a plan-pin lean meals.

Let’s recap the first week

Day1- Breakfast

Day 2- Water

Day 3- I know you don’t want to do this one

Day 4- 6 mini meals

Day 5- Low carb

Day 6- Rest

Day 7- Meal plan

How are you doing on your plan?  If you mess up don’t count it as a failure, get right back on track.

Who else wants to loose weight and get healthy?

It is always wise to consult with your doctor before beginning any lifestyle changes.

If you are having a hard time getting your water down do something like a crystal light. Don’t do sugar.
