Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Don’t skip meals. 

If you mess up get right back on track.

Let’s recap week 3

Day 15- Eat LOW CARB veggies

Day 16- Use Skim Milk or Soy Milk

Day 17- Watch for hidden sugars

Day 18- When going out to eat order lean meats and green veggies

Day 19- Choose condiments that are low in Carbs

Day 20- Bake, Broil and Grill your meats

Day 21- Don’t skip meals
