Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Don’t skip meals.

Let’s recap week 4

Day 22- Are there areas that needs change?

Day 23- Try a new exercise

Day 24- Keep a log

Day 25- Accountability

Day 26- Add weights to your work out

Day 27- Cut back on SALT

Day 28- Use fresh herbs, dried spices, rotel, chilis…new things to add new flavors to your food.

Are you seeing changes? We are 3 quarters of the way through the month.
