Hello friends!
It’s so easy to move on to the next event and forget that those in the midst of a tragedy are still trying to put the pieces back together.
There is a valiant effort by bloggers to help the survivors of Sandy.
Think about when you are cold and how good a warm, dry pair of socks feel. It warms you up from the tips of your toes all the way up to the top of your head.
Simple items but they do so much.
Since I am unable to invite them into my home to warm them up I am helping to spread the word, by wrapping my virtual arms around them and helping to get much needed items to them.
SOCKS FOR SANDY is about helping those in need immediately via donating socks, gloves and hats to wear.
