Not everyone on our health program needs to lose a lot of weight? Some just need to learn healthy eating habits. Some can’t get 15, 20 or 30 lbs off.

There are people all over America who look healthy and fit but they are not healthy. They eat junk and their insides are rotting. That is why we see thin people fall over from a heart attack and people are shocked. Just because someone is thin does not mean they are fit and healthy.
