A couple of months ago my parents put their house on the market and had 2 cash offers the first week. They called and had us start looking for houses for them.
The housing market is moving VERY FAST. No sooner would something come on the market and it had an offer that day.

We weren’t finding anything.

We decided to change our focus and see what was available that had in-law quarters.
The first house we looked at had 2 problems #1- It would not have fit our needs and #2 They accepted an offer before we arrived for our appointment.

We looked at another house that afternoon ~ THE BUNGALOW ~ and we decided to move quick.

We will close in one week. We will have lots of projects to share with you as the house is 5500 sq. ft.

We will be painting the exterior.

WHAT- you aren’t crazy about the beigey pink- yah me either.

 That’s a lot of paint.

I think we should wait till Fall when it is a little cooler to start the exterior paint job.

I think we will have plenty to keep us busy until then.

We have a view of the golf course and lake.

I see coffee on the patio – in our very near future.
