8 oz of Spaghetti, Vermicilli, etc cooked accrding to the directions — DO NOT ADD SALT TO THIS
HINT** I always add in about a TBSP of olive oil while my pasta is cooking to keep it from sticking together.
1 can of whole black olives, drained
1 jar of green olives, drained
1/4 tsp of crushed garlic
2 TBSP of olive oil
While your pasta is cooking I use an electric nut grinder to turn my olives and olive oil into a pesto. Mix everything together. you can serve this hot or cold.
I cooked chicken breast to serve with this and will serve a salad with it.
This is a quick and easy and oh so yummy meal.

Yum, sounds good. I'm at work on organizing and rearranging things, one room at a time. Wish me luck!
That sounds good! I should have posted the cake I made for New Years. Darn. I've never attempted making any kind of pesto, I need to try!

Hi Cheri! Nothing of my own to share this week either but that looks delicious! 🙂
I think you need to fly north to visit me – there's a foot of snow. On second thought, I'll come and visit you with NO snow. haha
Have a great rest of the week!

It looks good. What the heck? we were having chicken for dinner tomorrow anyways. I'll try it.

Looks yummy. Not working on anything at all except getting my Dad's 80th Birthday party finished up! Have a happy Wednesday!
Cheri, that sounds so good! I have never made pesto either, but my little Avery loves black olives! Remember my post where she had one on each finger? She would love this recipe! I will have to try! Have a wonderful day and thanks for sharing!
That looks amazing!!!
MMMM! Looks good! 🙂
It looks yummy! I love olives. I also love seeing all the party buttons in one place. It helps me remember what is going on out there each day in the blogosphere.
Blessings,
Beth
