I’m off to have a look.
I LOVE homemade popcorn but I’m not so good when it comes to flavouring it. The sugar or salt just kind of sits there where I sprinkle and then falls to the bottom of the bowl! As I said, not so good….
My DAD used to eat a bowl of popcorn EVERY DAY–so I have learned a few things.
A little oil while cooking it produces the perfect “binding” for the salt to stick to it.
You also want to vigorously shake it -while it is super hot, then it will distribute more evenly. If you get a brown paper grocery sack and pour the popcorn in sprinkle some POPCORN SALT in , wad up the top and shake shale shake, it will spread throughout your bag of popcorn.
POPCORN SALT is much finer and a better option than regular salt.
