Coconut Chicken

I ordered some GOLD LABEL coconut oil from Tropical Traditions.

One night I decided to create a new, yet simple recipe and try out the coconut oil. It was a HIT. The entire family LOVED it and now they beg for it on a regular basis. It is a super easy recipe as long as you have some coconut oil. I have been reading up on the Tropical Traditions coconut oil and other coconut oils and it is a grade A coconut oil. I highly recommend it.

I take a couple Tablespoons of the Coconut oil and put it in a pan and warm it up.

While the coconut oil is warming up I take Chicken tenders, dip them in egg and then dip them into a bowl with some Bread Crumbs with Romano Cheese and cook it over medium low heat until they are cooked through. I cut up the pieces into smaller serving sizes.
I personally like using the frozen chicken tenders better than the chicken breast–everyone in my family notices that they really are more tender.

It is yummy served with rice and a vegetable.

This coconut is such an amazing product and one I am so proud to share with you that I am working with them to get the word out.
