The other night I fixed some pork tenderloin with some long grain wild rice. Rather than adding oil or butter to the rice I added in some of the
Coconut Oil.
It was so tasty.
My kids want me to make it that way all the time.

…to go along with our meal I was making some of my famous Knock Off Cracker Barrel fried apples.
I substituted Coconut Oil for the butter. Once again–DELICIOUS!!
