Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Plan ahead–make a 7 days grocery shopping list–so I have all I need and I am not tempted to cheat.

Who else wants to loose weight and get healthy?

 

It is always wise to consult with your doctor before beginning any lifestyle changes.

I would love to join you. I too am starting a new weight loss goal. I am trying the Couch to 5k program. I teaches you to run a 3k run in 9 weeks. i’m using it and also eating healthier. I wish you luck in over the next 30 days!!!!

YEAH!!! I feel great. I will have to look into the Couch to 5K program.
