I had made Chalkboard Coasters back a year and a half ago. I decided this weekend that our coasters needed a fresh coat of paint. I painted in one direction (side to side) and let it dry then painted a second coat (up and down) and let it dry. Once it dried I conditioned the coasters. To condition the coasters you just rub a piece of chalk all over the coasters and rub off the chalk.
