Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Get new comfortable tennis shoes, if need be.

What tennis shoes do I recommend?  Whatever feels great.  If your shoes hurt your feet you won’t walk so go with a shoe that feels great.  I personally love my Nikes.  My hubby is a Nike fan too.  We went to the outlet and I tried on tennis shoes from several different locations.  I tried on multiple pair of shoes at the Nike store and in the end I went with a pair with a bright melon swoosh.  Typically I would go more neutral but they were the ones that felt the very best and I have never been sorry that I bought them.

Who else wants to loose weight and get healthy?

It is always wise to consult with your doctor before beginning any lifestyle changes.
