In all honesty my weight loss journey has been nothing short of amazing to me. Since my last post I have lost even more weight.

Yes, I have lost EVEN more since then.
The weight falls off each week.

I am sorry that my posts have not been as consistent as they were before– for one I have been in the middle of moving my hosting service for over a month and have had some issues and it has taken MUCH longer than ever expected. Second– I am enjoying being a health coach and helping others get healthy and get their life back.
She lost 130 pounds and ha been maintaining for about a year now!!
This plan has changed her life too.

I don’t know if something was supposed to show up (I only saw the words Meet Stacy but nothing else), but I do wish you the best in your journey. I am so glad that it has worked out so well for you. 🙂 You are definitely right. There is a lot in the recipe for success with weight loss.
