Today’s Tip for a thinner you and a thinner me:

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Looking forward to your other tips. I started the 8 glasses of water this summer. Now that the temps are cooling, it’s a little more difficult to remember to drink 8 glasses a day.

I live in Florida so it is always warm here but I understand. I got up this morning and had a cup of coffee then grabbed a 17 oz bottle of water, did a second, and a third. I will do another for dinner and then one more after dinner. If I break it up and make myself get in 3 before dinner it is easier for me.
